Hi there! We’re Dave and Julia.

We’ve been married for a little while ourselves and think it's the best! We love hanging out with couples as they take the next big step in their lives together.

It’s such an honour and privilege to capture the infectious energy and joy of a wedding day. Filming and photographing all the little moments with your best friends and loved ones so you can remember them forever!

wedding style?

A cinematic documentary.

We capture the day as it unfolds, documenting all the moments.

Our style is not overly artistic or avant-garde, we want to immortalise your wedding day as it happened, with a bit of creative flair.

We prefer not to pose you and your partner in any awkward ways, though we might give a little direction during the photoshoot so you look your best 🤍

    If you decide to book, the next step is to line up a video call to get to know you and your partner.

  • Our video packages start at $1,999

    Our Photography packages start at $1,799

  • Every video package starts with a cinematic wedding film of your day.

    Packages addons include social media edits, reception speeches, full ceremony and more.

  • We typically take between 600 and 800 photos for a full day wedding.

  • The photos and videos are delivered in a beautiful online gallery via a private link.

    From there, you can stream or download the files.

  • Yes, we can incorporate songs of your choice.

  • We'll get a selection of the best photos to you within a couple of days.

    The short social media highlights video (if included) within a couple of weeks, and then the full collection of photos and videos in less than six weeks.

  • My Dad is from Finland and I’ve always had a connection with the land of stunning snowy landscapes and Santa Claus.

    Valo means “Light” in Finnish. It also has meanings in other languages, like meaning “value” in Spanish.
